How "Make an Offer" Works

All offers are binding, ensuring that we know you are serious about purchasing the item.

You will receive a response within 48 hours, either accepting or rejecting your offer.

When submitting an offer, a reservation is automatically created:

• For in-store pickup: Reservation amount of DKK 300

• For delivery within Greater Copenhagen: Reservation amount of 600 DKK

• For delivery outside Greater Copenhagen: Reservation amount of 1,000 DKK

The reservation amounts are binding and adhere to our general terms and conditions for reservations.

If your offer is accepted, the reservation amount will be charged to your credit card. If your offer is declined, the payment authorization will be released immediately.

If you wish to adjust your offer after a rejection, you are welcome to submit a new offer.
