Aksel Kjersgaard – oak entryway set
Danish entryway set designed by Aksel Kjersgaard and produced by Odder Møbelfabrik in Denmark during the 1960s.
The set consists of an oak bench with sled-style legs and a freestanding drawer module.
The drawer module can be positioned freely on the bench, creating a flexible hallway arrangement.
The restrained construction and visible joinery reflect the cabinetmaker tradition associated with Danish modern furniture from the period.
