Antique English transferware plate produced by C. Allerton & Sons in the “Rose” pattern.
The plate features a decorative Victorian transfer print with floral border and a pastoral scene at the centre showing two figures in a garden setting. The warm sepia and soft ochre tones create a classic antique aesthetic typical of English Staffordshire ceramics from the late 19th century.
