Sjældent dansk chatol / sekretær designet af Kai Kristiansen og produceret af Feldballe Møbelfabrik, ca. 1960’erne.
Møblet repræsenterer Kristiansens karakteristiske tilgang til funktion, proportioner og arkitektonisk klarhed og hører til blandt de mere sjældent udbudte sekretærer fra hans hånd.
Chatollet er opbygget med drop-down skriveklap med indvendigt sekretærafsnit samt tre skuffer i underdelen.
De indfræsede greb, den stringente konstruktion og de slanke ben understreger det lette og velafbalancerede udtryk.

This rare Danish secretary desk was designed by Kai Kristiansen and produced by Feldballe Møbelfabrik in the 1960s.
The piece reflects Kristiansen’s clear architectural approach to functional furniture design and is among the less frequently encountered secretary models from his production.
The drop-down writing flap reveals a well-organised interior, complemented by three drawers in the lower section.
Recessed handles, a precise construction and slender legs contribute to a light and well-balanced appearance.
