Architect-designed cabinet in Oregon pine – made for Copenhagen City Hall

Rare and historically significant bookshelf in Oregon pine, designed by renowned Danish architect Martin Nyrop (1849–1921). Crafted in 1905 by Rud Rasmussen as custom-built furniture for Copenhagen’s City Hall.

A remarkable piece of Danish design history with strong provenance and visual presence. The form blends Scandinavian functionality with early Art Deco-style detailing and fine woodworking – making it ideal for collectors of museum-quality originals.
