Rare postmodern folding chair designed by Denis Balland for French maker Fermob in the mid-1980s. The chair features a yellow lacquered metal frame with plastic rollers, and colourful wooden slats painted in primary tones. A playful and sculptural design typical of the Memphis era – bold, geometric, and fun.
Both decorative and functional, it works well as an occasional chair or statement piece. Strong and stable construction makes it suitable for everyday use as well.
